Rate Calendar
Summer: June 16 to September 15
Spring: May 1 to June 15
Autumn: September 16 to October 31
Winter: November 1 to April 30
Cancellation Policy
There is a full refund, minus a $100.00 cancellation fee for all bookings up to 2 weeks prior to the reservation date. For cancellations received within two weeks of the reservation date we offer a 50% refund. No refund will be issued for cancellations received within 1 week of the reservation date.

All damage deposits are required upon check in via e-transfer or cash. Damage deposits will be returned upon check out inspection approval.
